Our Large Group CrossFit classes are where energy, fun, and progress come together. With 15+ motivated individuals per session, you’ll be guided by expert coaches through workouts designed to challenge every fitness level—whether you’re just starting out or have years of experience. Open to individuals ages 14 and up.
We focus on teaching proper movement so you can train safely and effectively. You’ll also track your progress in our member app to stay consistent and motivated.
