We focus on functional strength, smart accessory work, and controlled movement—with less emphasis on advanced CrossFit skills. It’s the perfect way to prevent injuries, support recovery, and strengthen weak links between your regular CrossFit workouts.
Plus, with less instruction and more action, you’ll get straight to work—and track every rep in your own dedicated training app.
